How long is delivery?

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day (Mon–Fri) for in-stock items, provided the order is placed before 3:00pm. UK delivery then arrives in 1–3 working days depending on the option you choose at checkout. Orders over £49.99 get free standard delivery. All packages are discreet with no branding.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship internationally via Royal Mail Airsure (tracked) and DPD International. Standard international delivery takes 3–7 working days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

What's your return policy?

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on opened items.

What if my product is defective?

All products carry a 1-year warranty. Within 30 days we'll replace it free of charge with a freepost return label (UK only). Between 1 and 3 months you're eligible for a full refund or exchange; between 3 and 12 months, exchange only. Just email support@matchtoy.com with your order number.
