Terms of Service

All prices displayed on MatchToy are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely at the point of checkout. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day (Monday to Friday) for in-stock items, provided the order is placed before 3:00pm. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.

Free standard delivery is available on all UK orders over £49.99.

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents. Your privacy is our priority. We also ship internationally — please see our delivery page for full details and rates.

14-day cooling-off period (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013): Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. However, the hygiene exemption in Regulation 28(3)(b) applies to our products: once a sealed product has been unsealed, it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Products returned in their original, unopened, sealed packaging within 14 days will receive a full refund including original delivery charges.

Beyond the 14-day cooling-off window, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original, sealed packaging.

Hygiene exemption (unsealed products): Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. This applies to all intimate products. Lingerie and clothing must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Any damaged items or order discrepancies must be reported within 36 hours of delivery by contacting support@matchtoy.com.

Faulty items:

Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days of receiving the returned item. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect. The cost of returning non-faulty items is the customer's responsibility.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all returned items must be thoroughly cleaned before returning. Items returned in an unclean condition will be refused.

For faulty UK items within 30 days we provide a freepost return label — please contact us before posting so we can issue the label. Customers outside the UK are responsible for all return postage costs regardless of the reason for return.

You may access and use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from this website without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site, or interfere with any other party's use. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only the information necessary to provide the service.

You can delete your account permanently at any time from /account/delete. This will erase your profile, wishlist, cart, quiz answers and consent audit log. Order records required by HMRC for tax and accounting purposes (see our Privacy Policy, section 6) will be retained separately as required by law.

You can export a copy of everything we hold on you at any time at /account/data.
